Hardworking experts with more than 200 years' combined experience, we work with a diverse range of organisations all over the world from our base in Dunedin, New Zealand.

  • Our Story

The Tarn Group's original purpose was helping athletes identify areas of improvement using cutting-edge video analysis tools. Soon after, in response to industry experts in athletics and prosthetics, we began creating tailored video solutions to assist in the fitting and proper use of equipment.

After a successful decade and a half, our accomplishments stretched far beyond the sporting sector. The steady growth of our online learning platform, Bracken, has seen us become a leader in digital education. These online education tools are now widely used across numerous sectors.

Collaborating with other inspiring companies is something we're enthusiastic about and have done a number of times, successfully creating effective products for their customers. Our growing list of partners includes Education Technology, Evaluation Associates and Vault Intel.

To date, we have helped 45 organisations transform their business, while still assisting sports to help improve their performance.

  • Name origin

Our brand tells our story elegantly. A tarn is a catchment of water that nourishes its environment. Our tarn represents our collection of ideas, knowledge and experience that unlocks potential through the advancement of performance.
