Chief Executive Report

A message from James

It seems a bit surreal writing this as, when I pulled together the first draft, the world looked quite different to what it does currently.

We are thinking of all the businesses out there, their customers and of course the families. It seems rather pertinent that we are talking about online platforms as these (and lots of other technology solutions) will all help businesses cope with the disruption they are facing. The start of the new decade is upon us and our learning platforms are continuing to help our loyal customers reach their goals and develop their people. We are very excited to welcome some great new customers to The Tarn Group portfolio for 2020.

Behind the scenes, our development and design team have been busy building Bracken 2.0.

We are about to move a selection of clients across to the Beta version of Bracken so we can gather specific feedback on what our customers like and what can be refined. This gives us a chance to hear from Bracken users and manage the progression toward Bracken 2.0, which is scheduled to begin in May. We will keep you updated on our progress.

With Steve Stanley moving on from The Tarn Group, Graeme Burborough is taking over the management of his Bracken clients and taking the lead on the video-based assessment platform Ruru. Graeme is extremely knowledgeable in the video space and has already helped a number of our customers with their Ruru trials and implementations, even assisting with the creation of their courses for the year.

A number of opportunities to showcase Ruru on the international scene through conferences have unfortunately been postponed or cancelled, notably as an exhibitor at a distinguished Chiropractic Conference in San Diego in March.

We pride ourselves on our customer support and this is at the forefront of our mission and will be the core theme for TTG in 2020. We will work closely with you to help achieve your goals with your platform, whether you are a Bracken or Ruru customer. We really appreciate any feedback you have, the good, the not so good and the ugly, as it helps keep us on the right track to give you and your users the best experience.

Enough from me, there are plenty of other things to be focusing on given everyone’s current situation.
